This 2-hour session includes step-by-step instruction, group discussion, and a guided hands-on session where you will make your own jar of pickles to take home.

All ingredients, jars, recipes, and handouts are included. Whether you are brand new to fermenting or looking to build your skills, you will leave with confidence, knowledge, and a delicious creation made by you.
