Meal planning is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to nutrition coaching, weight management, or comprehensive health support.

You can choose between a 2-week or 4-week meal plan, built using a flexible meal framework with practical recipes and a consolidated grocery list. Plans are designed to be realistic, repeatable, and supportive of long-term habits rather than rigid day-by-day schedules.

Meal plans focus on structure and guidance and do not include calorie or macro calculations or therapeutic diet prescriptions.
