Your wellness journey begins here! We’ll start with a one-hour initial consultation, where we’ll take the time to connect and truly understand your health story. Together, we’ll review your health history, current eating and lifestyle habits, concerns, and personal wellness goals.
From there, we’ll craft a nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your unique needs—one that supports your journey toward better health in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.
After your one-hour consultation, you will have the option to chose from various packages so we can stay on top of your wellness goals and tweak plans as needed and as your health and wellness situation and goals evolve. Or, you also have the flexibility to book follow-up appointments one by one as needed based on what works with your lifestyle.
