Before we even meet, I spend hours reviewing your intake information: your health history, your symptoms, your family patterns, your lifestyle and current habits, so I arrive at our first session already deeply familiar with you. After our consultation, I develop your comprehensive written assessment, personalised protocol, and food & supplement guide, all built specifically around what we uncovered together and 100% personalised for you.
I will not do what many practitioners do and simply hand you generic advice and a follow-up booking. I hand you a complete health strategy, and then I walk alongside you while we implement it, layer by layer, providing one-on-one support along the way.
THE SIGNATURE PROGRAM
A guided health transformation, built around YOU.
Working with me is a phased approach, and is also a commitment, not a one-off appointment. We start with a thorough deep-dive consultation and your personalised written strategy. Then we meet monthly, reviewing your progress, adjusting your protocol, and layering in new focus areas as your health improves and your goals shift.
Programs are available in three, six, and nine month commitments. Most clients find six months is where the real transformation happens.

I'm Shannon, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner based in Regina. I work with a small number of clients at a time, because the work I do requires real depth and real attention.
I don't offer quick fixes or generic plans. I offer a thorough, root-cause approach that connects the dots between your symptoms, your history, and your life. And I stay with you as your journey evolves.
